為保證發(fā)電機組正常的運作和有長的使用期限，優(yōu)良的維護保養(yǎng)是重要。那麼我們在維護保養(yǎng)前必須做那些提前準備呢？要認真地實行擠出機螺桿壓縮機組的維護保養(yǎng)技術規(guī)范。在下手開展維護保養(yǎng)以前，最少搞好下述提前準備：
To ensure the normal operation and long service life of the generator set, excellent maintenance is important. So what preparations must we make in advance before maintenance and upkeep? We must conscientiously implement the technical specifications for maintenance and upkeep of the extruder screw compressor unit. Before starting maintenance, at least make the following preparations in advance:
1.一定要先斷開機箱電源并在電源總開關處放上標示。
1. Be sure to first disconnect the chassis power and place a label at the main power switch.
2.關掉通往供氣系統(tǒng)軟件的截止閥門防止空氣壓縮逆流回被維修的一部分，一定不必借助本產(chǎn)品來防護供氣系統(tǒng)軟件。

3.開啟手動式放空閥，排盡體系內的工作壓力，維持放空閥處在打開情況。

4.針對水冷散熱機器，務必關掉供水設備，釋放出來自來水管路工作壓力。

5.保證壓縮機組已制冷，避免燒傷.燒灼。

在修理時這四點一定要留意：

1.不必認為機器關機，就覺得需要開展維修，維護保養(yǎng)工作中，機器的全自動自動控制系統(tǒng)隨時隨地會運行壓縮機。
