其實(shí)二級(jí)壓縮就是把一級(jí)壓縮轉(zhuǎn)子和二級(jí)壓縮轉(zhuǎn)子組合在一個(gè)機(jī)殼內(nèi)，并分別通過(guò)斜齒輪直接傳動(dòng)。自然空氣通過(guò)空氣過(guò)濾器進(jìn)入第一級(jí)壓縮，在壓縮腔與少量潤(rùn)滑油混合，同時(shí)將混合氣體壓縮到級(jí)間壓力。壓縮后的氣體進(jìn)入冷卻通道，與大泥桿 保定空壓機(jī) 保定古箏 塑料增韌劑 拱形護(hù)坡模具 保定空調(diào)維修 托輥設(shè)備 托輥生產(chǎn)線量油霧接觸，從而大大降低了溫度。降溫后的壓縮氣體進(jìn)入第二級(jí)轉(zhuǎn)子，進(jìn)行二次壓縮，被壓縮到最終排氣壓力。最后通過(guò)排氣法蘭排出壓縮機(jī)，完成整個(gè)壓縮過(guò)程。
In fact, the two-stage compression refers to the combination of the
first stage compression rotor and the second stage compression rotor in a
casing, which are directly driven by helical gears respectively.
Natural air enters the first stage of compression through the air
filter, mixes with a small amount of lubricating oil in the compression
chamber, and compresses the mixed gas to the interstage pressure at the
same time. The compressed gas enters the cooling channel and contacts
with a large amount of oil mist, which greatly reduces the temperature.
The cooled compressed gas enters the second stage rotor for secondary
compression and is compressed to the final exhaust pressure. Finally,
the compressor is discharged through the exhaust flange to complete the
whole compression process.
